2nd week of life
During their 2nd week on earth our little Jambos made giant steps forward!
On their 11th day the first of them started opening their tiny eyes and now they are able to perceive the first impressions of their miniature world.– still shadowy but curious.
Their movements are becoming more and more coordinated and their crawling and scrabbling about changes into a wobbly moving forward.
They also experienced their first manicure (cut of claws). One can easily see on Juba’s photo how sharp the tiny little claws had been.
But their main activities still concentrate on drinking at Mummy’s milk bar, cuddling with Mummy and sleeping. But the sleeping phases become longer so that Nanga is able to enjoy longer periods of rest.
